Wondering if anyone can help? My blaze is registering a heart rate number when I don't have my blaze on my wrist. Wondering if anyone is having the same issue or if anyone would have a solution to it. I don't trust the heart rate number anymore.

Thanks for those details @NanaKwame! So, once you start wearing your tracker it will show the heart rate reading that you currently have. For example, when I'm at my desk  my heart rate normally is 70bpm.

You can learn more about heart rate reading, if you check this article What should I know about my heart rate data?

Hope this helps.

It's great to have you here @NanaKwame! It's pretty weird that's registering heart rate while you're not wearing it. I would like you to restart your tracker and check this tips in how to get the best heart rate readings

Also, reply to this questions: When this started happening? Have you done anything different?

Keep me posted.

Thanks for the response. I will restart it to see if that will change. I had not done that yet. I turned it off and on and didn't think about restarting it. I noticed the issue over a week ago. Whenever I pick up my blaze from setting it down, the heart rate goes automatically to 70 even though it's not on my wrist.
