Hi all,

my heart rate doesn’t display on auto. Green lights are working I’ve reset it a few times and re sync it. Not sure what else to do?

Welcome to the Community @Mikes80.

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. Could you please tell me what are you seeing on the heart rate section or provide me with a picture by following the instructions provided in this post?

In the meantime, please confirm that these are the steps you are doing in order to restart your device:

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.

Hope to hear from you soon. Smiley Happy

Hi,

thanks for your reply. I have tried restarting it a few times. This what I see on auto heart rate. Also battery doesn’t last a day. When it use to last 3-4 and I’ve disabled all the features. Thanks Michael
