Heart rate not working

Can someone please help me out?  Since charging two days ago, my blaze won't pick up my heart rate. I have tried resetting it multiple times, I have turned the settings to auto, off then back on and moving the blaze to my other wrist. Nothing is helping and the LED light is still working.

Try posting your question on the Blaze help site. You will probably get a better response there. You might also want to contact support.
