Heart rate not working

My fitbit Blaze has suddenly stopped tracking heart rate.  I have cleaned it, restarted it twice and checked the settings (Heart rate tracking is set to Auto) but no joy.  What else can I do?

I had the same problem with my Blaze.  A couple months ago the heart rate feature just quit working.  Havent been wearing it.  Picked it up last night and it was working again.  I tried everything to fix it with no luck.  Also, my settings is set on dominant wrist and won't let me change it to non-dominant wrist.
