My Charge HR battery started to drain very fast approximately a week ago. A full charge lasted up to 4 hours only. At this time I also noticed the HR monitor also started to fail with either not reading or stuck at 70.
I noticed that one of the LED was not flashing but remained dimly lit. I have tried full reboots of the watch, turning the HR on/off and numerous syncing but all attempts have failed. The watch has expired on the 2 year warranty in May and I am led to believe from the Fitbit community that there are no repair centers for these.
It's a bit of a waste to just throw away a watch for what should be a straight forward repair for fitbit.
Let me know your recommendations on a way forward please if there are any.

Best AnswerThanks for your response.
However, I have mistakenly stated Charge HR when it should be the Blaze HR which is my current watch I am having the issues with. (the charge was my old watch).

No problem, I'll move this post over to the blaze forum.
