Hi dear community,
everything was working absolutely fine and suddenly the heartrate is not picked up anymore...
The Sensor is clean, the heartrate functionality is changed from automatic to on.
I've tried to wear it on a different spot, different arm, different person.
Did a shutdown, did a hard reset.
From time to time, while fiddling around, there is some ort of reading on the screen, 90 HR or so which dissapears instantly.
And now I'm out of options... Is there anything I can do, apart from contacting the support?

Strange...
Cleaned the (clean) sensor once more and now it seems to work again.

unfortunately the problem still exists...
Did you check the settings for the Heartrate on your Blaze?
It should be set to on or to authomatic, if on works for you.
The green lights on mine are still flashing, but no value shows up.

Just to keep you in the loop, if anyone has this sort of issue as well.
Yesterday I've sent a mail to the support explaining my steps, got a standard email answer today, requesting to do half of the things I did already. So I've called the support and a very friendly voice walked me through some steps, (Which I've already did yesterday, but thats fine with me 😉 ) and now a new device is on it's way to me... jipie 🙂
I love this kind of customer oriented support, we have to follow protocoll and if it's still not working, no big hassle. Thank you 🙂

Yeah my heart rate also stopped working, and I think a factory reset, and everything and it still doesn’t seem to work
