I have a Huawei Honor 5x phone and I cannot connect with the Blaze to receive notifications. Is there any plans to resolve this issue in the near future. Thanks.Will

Looks like your phone may not be on the compatibility list. That may be why you are having some difficulties.

https://www.fitbit.com/devices is a link you can check to see if your phone is listed.

Thanks. It isn't on the list but others from the same company are listed.

A warm welcome to the Forums @WETXXL and @Kmransom123 thanks for stopping by! Woman Happy As mentioned, Huawei Honor 5x is not a compatible phone and that's why you are having problems connecting it with your tracker. Keep in mind that you can always sync your tracker with a computer or a compatible mobile device.

As I have stated before - it is too easy to just refer to the compatibility list and saying that you constantly are working on testing new devices. Have you no idea what is causing the problems? Android versions? There are probably people around the world that could be helpful if you just gave them some info to work with. But if you don't even try to find out what is causing these problems, you really have a problem.

I use an Asus Zenfone 2 ZE551ML (4/64) and that's not on the compatibility list, but I still get my notifications when I have notifications turned on. It's currently off for me right now.

@Kmransom123

Because of the above, I would not rely on that list.

@throndr

I don't have that issue for sure.

Reset the fitbit app with following instructions and then try sync process again :

Begin charging your Fitbit One tracker.
Make sure the charger aligns with the gold contacts on the tracker.
Hold down the tracker's button for 10 to 12 seconds.
Remove your tracker from the charger and press the button until the screen turns on.

If still sync error occurs, it means something is wrong with your phone. Find and fix it using Huawei Honor5X Manual.
