Incoming call notification continues after the call is answered or ended

I don't know if anyone else is experiencing this, but when I have a call coming in, blaze keeps notifying even after I have answered the call or the caller has rung off. This happened recently, where my phone was on silent. I got a notification from Blaze that I had an incoming call, so I picked up my phone to answer, but the caller had already rung off and the blaze was still notifying me. This has happened a few times now, which is pretty annoying. Is this something FitBit are aware of? and why does it happen?

thank you for your suggestion, but it didn’t work for me. After I did this, my Fitbit now says incoming call from whomever I’m on the phone with and have been on the phone. I took it off and shut it down. It’s annoying me too much. But when there is a solution, someone please let me know.

Definitely something to do with iOS 13

No solution yet.

When I pick up the call on my phone, the Blaze is still ringing. When I hang up the call on my phone, the Blaze is still ringing 😞 It is very annoying, and is also draining the Blaze battery much faster.

someone posted this in another thread. I haven’t tried it bc my Fitbit is on the charger. Maybe it’ll work.

There is a reply on another post that they're aware of the issue and working on resolving it

I did it as well and it didn’t work for me. I was hoping it would. I just turned my call notifications off so I can still receive text. Maybe it’ll be fixed one day, but honestly it wouldn’t surprise me if the iOS update was done this way so apple users will eventually get an Apple Watch bc Fitbit can’t fix it. I really wouldn’t be surprised.

Just got off a chat session with support and they said they are aware of the issue and are working to fix it?  They claim it's part of the problem with the recent ios 13 update?  I guess we'll see, i'm not holding my breath though that they'll fix this 😞
