Iphone 6 and blaze syncing

My Iphone was wiped yesterday afternoon. I had to sign in again into the Fitbit app, now it has set me up as a new user and will not pair with my computer. My friends have all vanished so are my trophies.

I can see all friends on the computer but it says I have not done any walking.

Can any one help.

I would try deleting the app, reinstalling it, and then login into the app again. If this doesn’t help, I would highly suggest contacting Fitbit Support via Chat!

Welcome to the Forums @margcain and @RunningFreak thanks for stopping by.

It's weir to hear that your tracker unpair itself. I would like to know if you get it to pair again? Keep in mind that if it got unpair before you sync that information won't appear since you need to be constantly syncing in order to save your information.

I hope this helps, let me know the outcome. Woman Happy
