Is the green LED light safe for eyes? It will shine in my eyes sometimes when I take the watch off and it’s very bright.

A warm welcome to the Community @agata0151 and @Rich_Laue thanks for stopping by.
I am glad to see here that our friend have already replied to your inquiry and would like to know if there is anything else we can help you with? If your only inquiry was about the LED lights, as mentioned by our friend, don't worry, the LED lights are totally safe.
Keep the stepping up. ![]()
I don't know how to edit my comment, so I will type a new one. If you are concerned about this, you should speak with your doctor, since they know better than every single one of us. This reminds me of a time when I have bought some lenses from https://www.cosplaylens.com in order to make a cosplay. My friends have decided to buy some as well but from a different site. After a while, their eyes have started to hurt and they had to be rushed to the hospital. Fortunately, it was just a small infection, but they were really scared about it.
Best AnswerAll the lights turn off relatively fast when the tracker is removed. The Red and Green lights will be safe. They are in the visible zone and will be as safe as your Christmas lights.
The Infrared light, may be a different story, how ever it is somewhat of a focused beam and for now our understanding is that it only turns on when sleep is detected.
Best AnswerYes it is definitely safe, irrespective of the spectrum. If your eyes don't get tired, tear up or hurt, I don't think there's anything to worry about.
In any other case it is better to see an ophthalmologist. I've had terrible eye pain. After talking to the doctor, he advised me to change my lighting, otherwise the prognosis is not good. I couldn't do that, it was up to my boss, who didn't care about the staff. Then the doc told me to buy coleyes.com lenses so that they would retain moisture for as long as possible. I put them on before work and take them off afterwards.
