Hello @MelB03 welcome to the Fitbit Community! I can not provide you an estimated time frame for the LG V10 to be added to the list. Please keep an eye on it for any update. Please note that some devices are not in the list of compatible devices but that does not mean are not compatible. Is just that we cannot guarantee that all the feature will work or it wont present any issue in the future as it has not being fully tested. Nowadays high end devices are built with the same core specification,

Welcome to the Community @Natecha. As you just mention LG V10 is not a compatible phone, our team still testing the compatibility of it. Once they verify the compatibility the Compatible Devices list will be updated. In the meantime, you can sync your tracker with a computer or a compatible phone.

It is now may, how long does it take to test for a phone to be compatible? The fitbit is cheaper than my phone if I can't connect them why should I own one? At this point shouldn't all phones be compatible? This is very disappointing.

Hello @js1155 welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here 🙂 Our team is working hard to get more devices added to the list, if your phone is not on listed but has the requirements to sync you can test it as mentioned by @MikeS1971. @mPeace38 thanks for sharing your story, hope your daughter is doing better!

I have the LG V10 as well... I can get call and calendar notifications on my fitbit, but text notifications are not coming through, do you know why?
Best AnswerI have the LG V10 and haven't had any issues, other that the mileage on the Blaze itself. Fitbit needs to get their act together or they will be another company that loses business due to lack of support.

Does anyone know how often phones are added to the compatibility list. It seems my LG V10 is not compatible, thats crazy because it is a brand new high rated phone
Best AnswerI just got my FitBit Blaze today. I am pleased so far but I was disappointed to see that I couldn't see my text notifications from my phone. Perhaps it's a good thing as it would probably shorten the battery charge as well as my phone's.
