Left home button no longer works.

I noticed a couple of days ago that my left button on my Blaze no longer works. I have cleaned it thoroughly and nothing seems to help. Any suggestions?

It's nice to have you on board @TDMM! Thanks for letting me know that you've tried cleaning it. I would like you to confirm that you did this procedure: remove dust or dirt by gently using a toothpick around the button. If this does not improve the button performance, you can try to clear debris using canned air. Hold the tracker at arm's length and spray once to loosen any dirt or dust that may have accumulated around the button.

I received a replacement Blaze a couple of months ago. The left button has stopped working. I've tried cleaning as suggested and it hasn't helped, would you get customer support to contact me also as the clock only shows now after recharge as after I move on from the clock screen I can't get back to it.

Customer service was awesome. I received my new replacement blaze within a few days. I do have a question though. What do i do with the old blaze? Do i need to return it, or do I just throw it away?

I'm happy to hear that you got a great experience with Customer Support @TDMM! You just need to recycle your defective tracker at an e-waste recycling facility.

Just stopped working today. Swiping up and down still works. Fully charged. Just can't move beyond the opening display.

I'm afraid the reset doesn’t work for me because the left button won’t engage. I am stuck looking at the opening screen and can’t move from there. Any help/advice is much appreciated!
