Hi, my blaze has locked itself onto a temperature screen. Have tried syncing to my phone, charging and resetting my blaze and nothing has helped. Any ideas please?

I am experiencing the same issue. Hopefully someone from FitBit will email me as I can’t even get mine to restart!

Hi mate.. To save some time you should email them with a photos of your issue screen + proof of purchase receipt. Unfortunately the warranty on the Blaze is limited so the company doesn't have to honour it after 12 months. I managed to get in just before this finished. Hope this helps and good luck with it.
