Logging Bodypump on Blaze

I just got a new Blaze and thought I'd try the automatic exercise function. It recognised my Step class as Aerobic Workout which is great but didn't register any part of my Les Mills BodyPump class. I'm used to pressing the exercise button on my old Charge HR then adapting it in the app. Do I need to start a manual exercise on my Blaze as Weightlifting or something then rename afterwards to register this exercise?

A warm welcome to the Community @Jimmygee and @WendyB thanks for stopping by! Woman Very Happy As mentioned you can record this activity as "Weights" and the Blaze has this option (see attached image). You just need to do the following from a computer:

1. Go to Settings

2. Go to Devices

3. Go to Exercise Shortcuts

4. Click Edit Exercise Shortcuts

5. Select the ones you prefer

6. Save

7. Sync

I hope this helps, let me know the outcome. Smiley Happy

Weight lifting should be manually logged. Its not step based

OK thanks, I tried it this morning already and it seems to have logged it accurately. Shame you can't create your own workouts on the app. Perhaps you could put that in the suggestions for future upgrades? Even better would be the ability to to include popular group exercise classes like the Les Mills ones.

It's great to hear that you are already trying this and that it worked @JimmygeeSmiley Wink About your request, I think it would be a great to have this in mobile devices. I took the liberty and searched but didn't find any suggestion like this, I encourage you to visit our ideas board and share this opinion.

Keep the stepping up! Woman Wink
