After charging my Blaze overnight, the Fitbit logo is frozen on the face. I cannot get it to change nor can I restart it. Also, when trying to sync it with my phone, my phone tells me the tracker is not found. I have checked and the bluetooth is on.

Welcome to the Community @Ragnvald! Thanks for the restart that you've tried. The reason why it's just showing the Fitbit icon is because it hasn't been set up to your account, please follow this set up procedure from the Fitbit app or using a computer.
Let me know how it goes.

Having the same issue, have not had the device three weeks. Another Fitbit lemon that will be replaced by a FitBit Lemon. My previous FitBits would break in half at the charging point within six months. Beginning to wonder about this product.

Why would someone need to set up their blaze again? I have had my blaze since Christmas and now it is stuck on the logo screen.

Welcome to the Community @Its_Carol! Sometimes the trackers get disconnected accidentally and that's why the display shows the Fitbit icon on it. So, in order to remove it you need to set up your tracker again.
If your Blaze is properly set up in your Dashboard, then you just need to restart it > remove it from the account and set it up again.
Hope this helps get your Blaze with the correct display.

Hi,
im having the same problem, but my blaze was fully charged and I have no idea how to fix it or make it stop flashing the logo. Restarting it isn't helping. Have you found out a way to fix it?

Hi all,
thank you for this forum. My blaze was also frozen with the logo after charging it for just on two hours this afternoon. I tried everything and yet nothing...reading up on this again, I gave it one more go. Low and behold holding the buttons in, it jolted it to work again - gave it two gos to get it going. the battery is only half charged but at least its synched with my phone, and i can get it going again.
P.s: i was a bit worried as I have had my blaze for over a year - didnt think Fitbit would replace it.
just tried the charger again ...and its charging - happy days
cheers 🙂

My Fitbit was frozen on the logo this morning when I took it off charge. I pressed the left and bottom right buttons for a few seconds and it reset itself. So far, so good.

Result...Fitbit stuck on clock face. Could get notifications up but could nothing else. Went into phone app, selected account at the bottom of the main screen and on next page, selected set up device. Option came up to replace fitbit which i put ok. Set up took a good 10 mins but fitbit working again now 🙂

I took my Fitbit Blaze off charge this morning, it started showing the logo and vibrates after every few seconds. I tried restarting method (LH+Botton RH for 15 seconds) but no luck.

I'm having the same problem.
Sometimes my Blaze wakes up and works normally for a few minutes, but then freeze on the logo screen.
It seems like is trying to restart but without success.
Then I wait for the battery totally gone and I'm charging it now.
But I'm not sure if it will work.
I'm waiting for the support response by e-mail.

My blaze got stuck on start screen and just kept restarting. I tried downloading fitbit app to update and also reset the watch, both didn't work. I then called customer service and they were not able to fix. Since my watch is over a year old (15 months), they were unwilling to replace and offered me 25% off a new one. I'll take a hard pass and just buy a cheaper watch that will work longer than a year. Reading through a lot of forums, this seems to be a common area. I would really recommend evaluating other products before buying a FitBit.
