Every time I sync my blaze with my phone I lose steps. Everything from 500 to 5000 steps. I've read loads of other posts here about with but with no solution that works for me. Any new suggestions?

It's great to have you here @Memorielle! Please check the following things that may affect the steps that you get in your Dashboard:
- Manually logged activities
- Using multiple trackers at the same time
Has this happened before? Have you tried restarting your tracker?
Keep me posted!

Hi.
Thanks for replying.
Manually adding doesn't add steps. And I only have one device. But something weird happened yesterday. I got the bagde for 30k steps when I had walked my actually 30k steps but the app said I only had 26.something.
What is happening?

Thanks @Memorielle! What I've noticed sometimes is that, users log an activity when they actually used their trackers. The activities that you log such as run or walk can add or remove some steps from your daily data, so you shouldn't log any activity in the hours that you actually wore your Fitbit.
Please double check that there are no activities logged in the days that you're losing steps. If there are, you can try deleting them and see if the results change.
Hope this helps.

A warm welcome to the Community @Alphaeus! Thanks for the details you've mentioned. It's pretty weird that the data is changing once you sync. Since, you just got your Blaze it can be that when you sync it, it asked you to update the firmware version and sometimes when you update it, it might change the previous data.
I would recommend to continue checking your daily information and let me know if this happens again. Here's the Blaze Product Manual in case you want to get more details about your newest tracker.
Hope this helps!
