So ive lost my fitbit Blaze but it will sync. Does that mean that it is somewhere in my house???

It means that it's within 20 feet or so of your phone / computer or it's close to a PC that has the fitbit software installed and a wireless dongle in place. Chances are that it's in your house / car. Fitbit offer a few tips for finding it in this help file:

I use an app called Find my fitbit.
