Everything is enabled from a background refresh, etc. standpoint and still maps don't show up in app or on Fitbit.com. Can anyone help?

When it comes to Connected GPS, it could be that your tracker did connect but along the way your phone lost GPS connectivity. Did you notice if along your route there were many trees or tall buildings around you? If so, this could cause the GPS reception to be poor causing the GPS tracking to be interrupted and not to show the map on the summary. Could this have been the case?
