I've had the blaze for a few months now and I have constant syncing issues with it; usually after I've left the country but other time it happens for no reason. I am usually able to regain my ability to sync when I restart my fitbit, phone and/or bluetooth but not always.
I was out of the country for less than 24 hours and during that time I did not open the app on my phone (I am Canadian and have no data in the US). I have now been unable to sync my fitbit for almost a week and I've tried everyting short of completely resetting my fitbit, as I do not want to lose the data that had not synced to my phone yet.
When I try syncing, I get one of the following notifications:
- Pairing rejected by Blaze
- The FitBit bluetooth service is busy
- unable to communicate with Blaze
Please help, this is getting to be a really annoying issue.

If not already done, feel free to clear the cache of the fitbit app on the phone, as that can sometimes cause issues like a app not wanting to open or crashing when using..

Make sure the latest fitbit app is installed.
Feel free to check out the Fitbit Article regarding not being able to sync the tracker.

Best AnswerThis worked, I can now sync my fitbit with my phone again.
Is there a reason my fitbit disconnects and fails to reconnect again every time I lose and regain my data connection?

No clue why that is,
Feel free to contact the Fitbit Support Team so they can look into it, seeing if it's a account issue, or something else.. ![]()
