More Sync Issues

I've had the blaze for a few months now and I have constant syncing issues with it; usually after I've left the country but other time it happens for no reason. I am usually able to regain my ability to sync when I restart my fitbit, phone and/or bluetooth but not always.

I was out of the country for less than 24 hours and during that time I did not open the app on my phone (I am Canadian and have no data in the US). I have now been unable to sync my fitbit for almost a week and I've tried everyting short of completely resetting my fitbit, as I do not want to lose the data that had not synced to my phone yet.

When I try syncing, I get one of the following notifications:

- Pairing rejected by Blaze

- The FitBit bluetooth service is busy

- unable to communicate with Blaze

Please help, this is getting to be a really annoying issue.

If not already done, feel free to clear the cache of the fitbit app on the phone, as that can sometimes cause issues like a app not wanting to open or crashing when using..

Wonderful troubleshooting @Jazzerleigh

Make sure the latest fitbit app is installed.

Feel free to check out the Fitbit Article regarding not being able to sync the tracker.

It is the most up-to-date version of the fitbit app. Most of the time I
lose the ability to sync when I don't have access to data, but I can't get
it to sync again when my phone reconnects to data or wifi.

This worked, I can now sync my fitbit with my phone again.

Is there a reason my fitbit disconnects and fails to reconnect again every time I lose and regain my data connection?

No clue why that is,

Feel free to contact the Fitbit Support Team so they can look into it, seeing if it's a account issue, or something else.. Cat Embarassed
