I just recently starting having issues with my Moto X Pure and Blaze because of this "new update" according to Best Buy. Honestly when I first got my Blaze over a year ago, I had to download the app on my husbands LG and update the fitbit to my account on his phone. After I did that I installed the app on my phone and synced it without any issues. My Blaze stopped charging last week and now the new Blaze won't connect to my phone or my husband's LG. I am going to try and see if I can connect it to my mac to get it set up then connect it to my Pure. It will work with a Moto X Pure, just needs a little work around 🙂

I bought a new fitbit blaze tracker . While I am trying to connect to Moto X pure edition,am not able to pair it. I have entered given code number of times without any success. I tried restarting phone and tracker . But it's not working please let me know what to do. I've used same Moto X one year for fitbit charge without any issue. So Don't think issue is with mobile
