Music control not working, clock faces and reply from tracker recommendations

I am becoming more and more disappointed by my Blaze. After months of "fighting" with my watch or tracker, going through multiple troubleshooting FAQs, forums, chat sessions, and customer care calls I was sent a replacement and at least got everything to connect, however all features still aren't functioning.

I have a Motorola Droid Turbo 2 which is on the compatible device list, I have never been able to control my music from my watch, in fact it won't even load the music info, just keeps saying Connecting. This is after we switched music providers to Google Play because the subscription we had wasn't on the compatible apps list. Any suggestions on how to get this to work would be greatly appreciated.

I have Blaze (Classic) connected and music won't load whether I start the music on my phone first or not. I am also very disappointed by the very limited customization options. Only 8 different face/clock display options. Many of them in bright colors. Also can't decide which information you really want to track, they either have too much information, too little information, or simply no explanation as to what information it does display. Many competitors give you hundreds, of not thousands of options, including the option to purchase additional clock displays. Also competition allows you to pick a display, choose the colors, and exactly what information is displayed in which area of the display.

One more thing, why can't we reply to a message from the watch/tracker instead of having to open phone. Even just the ability to send a few canned messages from the watch/tracker would be very nice.

I sincerely hope that you take some of my suggestions and incorporate them into the Blaze.

For the price comparison, the Fitbit products really don't compare to the competition. Upgrade them please?
