My Blaze device is randomly turning off

My Blaze is turning off and doesn’t turn on unless I connect it to the charger. When conected the device inmediatly resets and works again. The battery shows partial charge or full charge. This starts to happens since lasts sunday

Mine was doing this too, and I was able to get a replacement... I was still within my one year warranty though.

I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this issue. If your tracker is shutting down, I recommend restarting it by doing the following:

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.

Hi thanks for the recommendation. Thing is that the device is dead during that period of time. It doesn’t accept any command. The only way to revive is connecting it to the charger
