My Blaze has shipped

I just got an email that my Fitbit blaze ship today February 20

Well I just got an email saying my Blaze was shipped, and lo and behold FedEx actually has it and says it will be delivered tomorrow.

 

I quoted the post above me because they do have a good point. Many people preordered in January and are still waiting for even an answer. I was on the Fitbit website Tuesday evening, happened to see that the status of the Blaze had changed from Preorder to Purchase, showed as In Stock, and I went ahead and ordered. Now mine should be here Friday but many preorders are still hanging.

 

I'm happy for me (in a slightly selfish "yay me" type of way) but at the same time feel for those who preordered...I was almost one of them. In hindsight glad I waited.

how did the small fit your wife? I ordered a large because that is the size HR charge I had but now I am getting worried I should have gone small.

The HR small is 5.4-6.2, large is 6.2-7.6
The Blaze small is 5.5-6.7, large is 6.7-8.1

I can see where it might be a close call for some.

I agree with this completely.  I've never ordered from Fitbit and not had a problem.  Every time it's something.  And this time was the worst... the customer service on the phone was incredibly rude and tried to contort what "one day shipping" means to something completely unrecognizable.  I will never order from them again, period.  I've been using Fitbit since the very beginning... since their very first model in 2008-2009, and I'm simply tired of trying to do business with them.

@Ammmmmy what is your wrist measurement? Mine is 5.3, so I got the small easily. My husband is right at the difference between large and small and we ordered him the large. It fits him fine.

I ordered the Plum in Large.  I just got an email that m fitbit has shipped.  But all it says is label created so we will see I guess.  Keeping my fingures crossed it actually ships out today.

After reading your posts maybe I should of gotten a small.  I hope that the large is not too big

Does anyone know how I can check on a order. It says the shipping label has been made but it's been like that for the last two days. Did anyone have the same issue. I'm supposedly getting it Saturday but it hasn't updated. Thanks for any help.

Yes! I have the same problem. I ordered a leather band which is scheduled
to be here today but all it keeps saying is label created. I got another
email today saying that my Plum Blaze is shipping today and yet again it
just says Label Created. I even tracked in on the Fedex website, nothing

If your order is in the "label created" stage, it has not yet been picked up by FedEx.

I received my shipping label notification on Saturday.  It shipped yesterday.

My grey leather band was label created yesterday and picked up today. My plum blaze was label created yesterday and I'm assuming will be picked up tomorrow. They are due for delivery March 1st & March 2nd.

@Surina81 @Leonhouston25 Again, all Blaze preorders are shipping either on-time or ahead of schedule. Nothing has been delayed, and we expect everyone to see their deliveries very soon!

What I posted above might still be worth keeping in mind, for the sake of larger perspective - we're quite pleased to be delivering preorders ahead of schedule.

The way I see it....I wasn't expecting to get my order until maybe the 2nd week of March....so the fact that I'm getting it even a few days earlier than I was told when I pre-ordered it is awesome. Now....if you pre-ordered it with the promise of a March ship date & then now find out it'll May....that's a different ballgame....but that isn't the case. Everything is still early at this point! 🙂 *cheers*
