My Blaze won't turn on!

My blaze wont turn on even when I put it in the charger! What's going on?

Mine has also started doing that. was it running super low on battery?

have found a potential fix that has worked for me

 

"I would try restarting your tracker to see if that works (left and bottom right buttons, hold down for at least 10 seconds, you'll feel it vibrate when it restarts)."

Yes, it was low on battery last night but forgot to. When I went to charge it this morning nothing happened!

Hasn't worked for me, and won't charge. Any one have any other ideas?

Try unplugging the charger and plugging it into a different source. Wall charger etc. Just got mine to come on battery was dead though it was full 30 minutes ago.  Also iPhone could not locate it and phone reads blaze full battery 😕  I have all day sync quick view notifications music turned off.  Still battery is not keeping a charge. Tammy~

It will start to charge eventually, just keep trying to get it to sync with your phone.  

 

Make sure you plug the charger in first then put the tracker in   

I did a number of things so I cannot say for sure which got it to start syncing.   

I believe I could not restart it was because #1. iPhone was not connecting to tracker. 

#2. Battery was beyond dead.

If your trackers are not responding, I recommend restarting them by doing the following:

 

  1. Press and hold the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.

 

Also, you can check and follow the steps provided in this post.

That did not work for me but my will go on when it is on the charger but when I take it off it will not work do you have any idea what it is

Well yes I got it to turn on I followed the steps that were up higher in the post and that worked but I have gone back to I Phone and my I Watch as the notificatiosn on the Fit Bit were rubbish

I was being cheap getting this and now I see I’ll be doing the same as you.
Haven’t been an android fan in years. I’ve had an iPhone for years and
guess I’ll get an Apple Watch to go with it. Thanks girl!

My Fitbit Blaze, which was purchased on February 16th, 2018 decided yesterday, March 24th, 2019, to suddenly stop working. It will not turn on, no matter what I do. I have attempted multiple resets and charging for many hours. 

 

I contacted the support team, first via chat and then on the phone. My warranty expired on February 20th 2019 and the best they can do is give me a 25% discount towards the purchase of a new watch. I am not happy. Why would I want to spend hundreds on a new watch when they are barely lasting a year. Disappointed is an understatement to how I feel. 

 

I absolutely WOULD NOT recommend any of the Fitbit products to anyone

My blaze won't turn in. It was fine yesterday it was switched on when I put it on charge but this morning nothing! I've only had it a year
