Blaze not syncing with PC through bluetooth sync dongle Man Sad Syncing with PC through usb cradle is a difficult process. So, I got a sync dongle from FitBit & now it is not working in the way it should. I works once in 50 trials. Please tell me the procedure to sync through fitbit bluetooth sync dongle.

Hey there @hackingkingdom.  Good to see you in the Community! 😄

If you're trying to sync your tracker using a dongle, be sure that you're doing this from the Fitbit Connect Software. If you haven't downloaded it and are just using the Fitbit app on your PC, you can download it here.

Once you've downloaded it, it will ask you to log in so make sure you're using the same email address and password and once you're in, you can hit the "Sync now" button. Make sure to keep your tracker close to the dongle and it should sync without any problem.
