Need help with my notifications

I have decided to get rid of my Fitbit and get an actual smart watch. Reasons being is the notifications barely work, I get them some days but mostly I don't get them at all. The find my phone feature that was requested a while back does not seem to be a priority for them but it is for me. I had an issue with the band breaking and took it back to the store for a replacement and I had to get a totally different Fitbit Blaze, the one I had had a black faced bezel and different band, this one has a silver faced bezel and to get the black faced bezel you have to buy the "black" edition which costs more.

Hi @towhitch. I'm sorry you're having problems with your Fitbit Blaze 😕

When it comes to the notifications, I'd like to know what phone you are using specifically. I could recommend going to the phone's settings and from there, look for the Bluetooth settings. Here, look for the Fitbit Blaze in the devices and tap on it. Then, hit the "Forget this device" option and after you've done this, go back to the Fitbit app and tap on the icon of your Blaze at the top. Then scroll down to  the notifications, enable them and it will ask to pair your tracker for notifications. Just agree to it and then see if this makes any difference.

Now, about the Find my phone feature... I was able to find this existing feature suggestion. It seems that it's not yet been reviewed by any moderator so it will be matter of giving it some time for more users to vote for it and hopefully we can have something like this soon. It could take a while though.

About the bands, this is a great feature on the Fitbit Blaze, that you can change the bands if something happens to them. Now, it's a little difficult in situations like the one you mention about specific bands for specific models but that's a great thing to look into and I'll be glad to pass the feedback along.

Please let me know if you're able to get the notifications to work and if you need more help with it, I'm always around. It's great to see you in the Community Forums! 🙂
