Need to log to account constantly

Why am I having to log into my Blaze every couple of days in order to view my dashboard? Extremely irritating! Only started happening a couple of weeks ago, Fitbit please fix this!

Have you checked if your Fitbit app are updated? If you haven't, I recommend taking a look at the How do I update the Fitbit app for iOS? post and follow the instructions provided there. Also, are you receiving any type of error or just being logged out from the app?

Thanks for your reply.
Yes I have updated my fitbit, that’s when the problems started. Prior to the last update I had no problems.
Please can you suggest a remedy as it’s driving me mad.
