What is the number for support? I have read all the suggestions and comments on a new Blaze not charging and mine is still having the issue. I get a message "Your Blaze's battery is too low to continue" during setup. Also, I have the charger that came with it and also purchased the stand charger. Neither one charges the device.

@cmorgan577 the number for Fitbit will depend on what country your in. Click where your picture would be to get the link to Fitbit support.
As the many comments you read mention. When you plug the unit in to charge, do you geel a vibration? This vibration will be the only notice that the tracker is charging.
Also are you using the Charger that came with your phone?
Another way to tell yhat it is charging is the display will turn on when plugging it in.

Yes as I said I tried both chargers. The one that came with it and the stand charger. UPDATE - Instead of plugging the charger into my PC I plugged it in an USB wall charger.....and it charged. Moved it back to the USB PC plug and it worked there. Something is amiss with this setup and charging. I see many comments related to the same problem as I had. I called Fitbit support this morning and they told me they had never heard that a Fitbit would not charge being plugged into a PC. My response was read the community forum comments on this. FYI - I planned to pack it up and send it all back but thought I would try the wall plug and it worked. Not a good to start with a new device. Also, my previous tracker was less than 2 years old and it died.
