New blaze problems

My blaze doesn't seem to sync properly with my app on the phone but perfectly on the iPad. Also I can't work out how to get the music control??

Welcome to the Community @MichSj. If your tracker is not syncing, I recommend following our Syncing Troubleshoot, after following these steps your tracker should sync properly. About the music control, you can press the upper right button of the Blaze for a few seconds and it will display the music control option, then your tracker will search information from your phone.

@MichSj  Make sure your blaze is not trying to connect to both at the same time. It can only connect to 1 device at a time. If it's currently connected on iPad, it won't be able to connect to iPhone. Have to turn off Bluetooth on one device.

@MichSjSee if Blaze has a "bond" with blutooth om Ipad and if so disconnect and connect with IPhone!

@MichSj @AlejandraFitbitoh my so funny,I was just having problems also and found it bonded to my IPad also. Easy fix!!! Now syncing properly with IPhone like I want!!!
