I like the "nothing Special" face on Ionic ... make one like that for the Blaze.

A warm welcome to the Community @dan1962 and @WendyB thanks for stopping by.

I think that it would be great to have more clock faces options for the Blaze but please note that Fitbit released 4 more blaze clock faces last year and there are not currently plans to release more for Blaze.

This request has however been implemented on our newest product, Fitbit Ionic, where users and third party developers can create their own clock faces. Thanks for taking the time to share your clock faces ideas with us.

Keep the stepping up! Smiley Happy

In other words: Thank you for spending your hard earned money on the Fitbit Blaze but we've stopped all development on this since the initial designs of the Ionic were started. But, we would be happy to take your money for the Ionic. Plans are in place for the next watch, so the Ionic will stop updates in the next few months.
Sorry to be negative, but this is the same answer that I received when I bought the Surge. No development work was done to fix current issues after the Blaze was released. Now that the Ionic is out, no development work will be done on the Blaze.

Alejandra puts the motto of Fitbit quite succinctly: Keep stepping up. Translated: Your product is out dated even though you just bought it, buy the new stuff now.

Yeah, I won't be purchasing products from Fitbit moving forward.  Not to mention every time the app updates it forces you to login again.  It all adds up to a really poor customer experience, especially when you consider how expensive these watches are.  Really disappointing.

What device are you using? I use Samsung Galaxy S5 and S7 concurrently, and I never have to log back in after app updates for over 2 years now.

Pretty disappointing how they just move on to a new watch and don't bother fixing, developing or helping with previous ones.

IPhone 5s and then on an iPhone 8. Seems like every time iOS or the app updates we’re required to reauthenticate.

Its not that hard for them to just let 3rd party developers make a app for us to download 1000s of cool faces. They wont though just like they wont let other trackers use their app to track. This is why I waited to buy the blaze so I could get it for under $80. I already knew how they were from my countless friends who have gotten ripped off. It's really sad. My old Sony smartwatch 3 is a dinosaur but has the blaze beat in every way other than the fitness tracking. Pretty much why I will buy fitbits used or on clearance. It's just not right to spend what they ask and have what 10 clock faces to choose from? I'm a guy I dont want those girly pastel faces.

Nicely Summed up .. They should provide some support considering the money spent on them .. if it had been for teh battery and fitbot community would have shifted out ..

That’s sad and very disappointing, I will have to consider this fact when I next purchase a fitness watch!

Yeah, cheers for nothing fitbit. Spend nearly $400 on a blaze and zero support or updates. Next watch will be an apple watch. Seems the versa is a direct copy of that anyway.

I just went ahead and spent the money on a new android wear watch. They
update regularly and with the watchmaker app the face options are endless.
Seeing as how you can design your personal face or use 1 of the 1,000s on
the market. Free or paid. Dont get me wrong I love the fitbit app but not
at the cost of a dull watch.

Didn't even know they existed.  I'd rather Android to go with my S7. I'll look into it. Cheers.

Not a fan of those watches. But I'll look into some others. Thank you for the info.

Very true. Next purchase decision based on the support to the older
versions. No point in spending some thing which is made outraged within a
couple of months.

Good choice. The community is good but the watch faces are a drab. Thinks
it's just indifference from Fitbit .

$ to $ the Apple watch seems a better buy. The only thing going for Fitbit
is the Community and the Battery life. It's not long before others improve.
It's better if Fitbit At least makes an effort to retain their loyal
customers.

I love my old Android S****** Fit, I could make any picture I wanted to be the wallpaper.

I thought I was upgrading when I got the Blaze, only difference was HR.

Such a pitty.

And don't you love how they just ignore any suggestions now.

Very True .. Such a Pleasing Way in telling us that they dont intend to
do anything and its as good as junk ..

Hi everyone! Good to see you in the Fitbit Community Forums! 🙂

As @AlejandraFitbit has explained before, we don't have any news on plans for releasing new clock faces at the moment.

Fitbit has implemented the ability to choose different clock faces on the new trackers (Versa and Ionic) for you to have this in mind and if there's anything else you may need help with, let us know!
