New clock faces for Blaze

I like the "nothing Special" face on Ionic ... make one like that for the Blaze.

Apple is going to thrive if Fitbit keeps doing nothing toward updating the Fitbit blaze probably  even with future fitbit devices.

Recently bought an Apple watch series 4. It was an awesome experience, the number of apple watch faces I got right out of the box were numerous. The time I saw I was able to set my family photo without any app or any extra effort made me cry a bit. 2 years with Fitbit that is it never ever will buy Fitbit and will advise anyone who plans to buy not to buy it. If they would have at least exposed some API for developers to create new watch faces on Blaze I would have been happy. But the attitude is buying new if you want to have new features. Really sucks...

Four new faces for a total of what 6, 10... my wife got a warranty store credit for her dodgy blaze and bought a garmin.  It has 28 pages of downloadable faces.  I got my blaze last Christmas and Fitbit have abandoned it.  Step up you say, yes I’ll be stepping up to a garmin.  Very disapoonted Fitbit.

What a miserable decision to by the Fitbit blaze...Just a few lousy clock faces and no way to get more, that I can find anyway..Basic watch is just that..basic. Near the prices for Apple watches and 1/100 the functions..

It seems really upsetting that Fitbit as a company is ignoring the loyal customers about the products they spend hard earned money on. We are begging for updates and better apps and clock faces for a product we love. Fitbit is basically telling us "screw you by the new product to get that". Why not do updates and apps and clock faces like your loyal customers ask for? I personally don't want to spend $300 or $400 on a new product because a company seems to "lazy" to do updates or apps or clock faces for my product. The Fitbit Blaze is a great product. Why can't you just do a few updates and apps for it and some other exciting things like you for the newer watches? Your customers are loyal to your products so treat them good too.

 

It's all about the customer service because they are the reason you have a job in the first place.

They've been good in other areas in the past..with other products. This is
a poor business decision..'obsolescence' ..to sell yet other devices...OUR
poor decision was to to buy into Fitbit and trust them..!
