I like the "nothing Special" face on Ionic ... make one like that for the Blaze.

And this is why most of us wont buy another fitbit

Ferdinand,  I think you’ve missed the point.  Why would we continue to invest in your business model that hangs customers out to dry?  We all spent a lot of money on the blaze and rather than continuing to update this expensive product, Fitbit is telling us to forget about it and spend even more money on a new watch.  That’s not okay.

Clearly Fitbit has the capability to make changes to the blaze still via firmware updates, and clearly it is possible to create new faces as Fitbit released a few new ones (after a lot of complaining).

Rather than doing right by your customers you’re choosing to squeeze us for even more money.  That is shady, and it speaks volumes about the culture and values that Fitbit holds.  Again, what a disappointment.

I Feel very sorry to see this attitude, as your products are all good but support is what takes a company long term, i feel sorry and extremely dissatisfied and ill make sure to tell everyone of my friends to not support your company as you have failed to provide support for a model you were selling upto 6 months ago.

Assure you that this will go to every online selling website i have an account on,

Oh yes, let's copy and paste the same "go buy another one of our products" answer to ignore us all so we might go away.

It's just making us leave for another BETTER company, no wonder Fitbit's stocks are plummeting.

This is precisely why I'm staying with my Pebble Time Steel for as long as it continues to work, even after Fitbit turn the servers off this weekend most things I need a smartwatch for will still work. But their reaction to the justifiable criticism in this thread is laughable.

I'll never buy one even with the offered discount for Pebble users and it was a sad day for smart watches when they bought Pebble. My dad recently updated his Blaze to an Apple Watch (hawk, spit) and offered me his Blaze for a really cheap price. I told him he could keep it and advised him to sell it on eBay. Not being able to set custom watch faces on a smart wearable is frankly pathetic, and very Applesque.

Yeah like I got my Fitbit as a graduation present 2 years ago because I couldn't afford it.  And I still can't afford a new one.  And there's no point in buying the newest watch because the next year a new one will be released.

The New Fit bit Versa is good and almost decided to upgrade to it from
Blaze. But now having second thoughts. In all probability this would be my
last fitbit.

Fitbit isn’t listening. There have been requests for more clock faces since the Blaze came out and there’s been zero response. They’d rather you buy the Ionic than spend any time on updating the Blaze. I see an Apple Watch in my immediate future.

Seriously? That’s your response?

I can’t believe that the Fitbit blaze’s Watch faces are not being updated because the Fitbit blaze has a good display!

In other words fitbit is moving to the ionic and versa and basically forgetting about the blaze! That is disappointing.
