I am very new and have a couple of newbie questions:
How do I get the watch face 'on' all the time? It doesn't sense when I turn my wrist and I am always double tapping.
Where can I find a definition of the exercises for the shortcuts? What is considered weights? Boot Camp? Circuit Training?

Hey there @Tanyalfrost. Good to see you in the Community!

 

You can go to your tracker's settings on the app by going to the account section, then tap on your tracker and here scroll down until you find the "QuickView" option. Here you can disable it and your tracker will only light up when you tap on the display or press a button but will not stay on all the time but only a few seconds.

 

Now, for exercise shortcuts. Fitbit doesn't have a definition for each exercise but you can google each of them and to find a definition and to know which would be the best for each ocassion.
