just got the Blaze for my bithday and while i tried to set it up it said that the battery was too low. so i left it in the charging cradel for 6 hours and the app still says that the battery is too low. i have tried to restart the device and my phone, uninstall the app and try again, and use my computer. nothing has changed since.

Changing the charger solved the charging problem. I was having some Bluetooth connection issues during setup using the Windows 10 app. With phone support I was able to get the setup completed using the Android App. Thanks for your reply.
