Not pairing with iPhone

my blaze synced last night.  Today, it is not syncing and is not pairing with my iPhone.  Can't figure this out.  Tried turning Bluetooth off and on.  No help.  Deleted app from my phone and reinstalled it, no help.  have not found any help in this forum yet.

After troubleshooting with a live help person, we determined that my Blaze needs to be replaced.  Replacement is on order.

Well there is plenty of help also in futbits help site, link below as help.

@hgm3tx not sure what you mean by not pairing, since there was no mention of unpairing. What type of error are you receiving? Pairing is done by the app not the user.

 

The tracker should still be connected to your fitbit account, logging in to the app should start a sync.

Thanks. I ended up talking to a live person. After doing all sorts of troubleshooting, they determined that my Blaze needs to be replaced. Already ordered the replacement.
