Not picking up all steps

I've noticed that my blaze is not as sensitive as my charge was. I just walked 6.1 miles as part of my exercise plan and I STILL don't have 10,000 steps. I had the same problem the other day but it was 6.5 miles before I reached the 10,000 steps. Yesterday I had it on my ankle at work ( I can't wear any jewelry ) and had no problem achieving 10,000 steps. Anyone else have these issues?

Yes!   Working with support right now to come to some sort of resolution.   On my second Blaze in 30 days.  Using the treadmill timer, was on for 62 minutes and it only recorded 270 steps, and 0.12 miles!  And, yet, the total steps recorded showed 9,112 but only 1.03 miles.   Had much better luck with my Surge HR and have been totally frustrated with the accuracy of the Blaze.  Does anyone have any suggestions? Am i missing something?

I have been having these same issues....at first I had it on too loose, then maybe too tight but either way I am not getting the steps.  A few times I have watched it while I am walking and the numbers do not move.  I am actually glad to finally read that it isn't just me experiencing this issue.

I found that step accuracy is better with the tracker detached from the frame and put in my pocket.
