Since the update my floors doesn’t appear to be recording correctly. I have taken to using the stairs rather than the lift since having the Blaze and it had always been reasonable in the calculations. However I know I have done 10 floors this morning and it’s only recorded 2. 😳
Anyone else noticed this or am I being to critical? 😢 But I think an 80% failure is a bit exceptional.

It's great to see you around @SilverPops, thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself.
If your Blaze isn't registering the number of floors correctly, I recommend restarting your tracker, put it on, find a location where you have 2 flights of stairs in a row (keep in mind that each one should be at least 10 feet tall), walk the stairs and let me know how many your tracker registered.
Hope to hear from you soon. ![]()

Those are great news @SilverPops! Having a tracker working properly is awesome. If there is anything else we can help you with, do not hesitate in posting it.

This is a solution but not optimal.I have to restart my Blaze repeatedly. It also doesn't fix or record the elevation gain in a hike to floors climbed. Just wondering, are you working on a solution? This is one of the key features that made me choose Fitbit.
Please tell me Fitbit is working on a fix.
I also keep hoping badges will be added for total floors climbed, I maxed out in 2014.
