Note 5 not connecting

I can not get my blaze and note 5 to link so that i get my messages on it. Is this a no fix situation?

What have you tried? 

Do you have tye latest Fitbit app?

What messaging program are you using? 

Do messages pop up on the lock screen?

On the phone settings - sounds and notifacations - notifacations on lock scree - show content.  Then check the default messages app

Have you checked the songs in the messaging app?

Welcome to the Community @Turtlebrain. The reason why your tracker is not syncing with your Samsung Galaxy Note 5 is because this phone is not compatible. I recommend checking our list of Compatible Mobile Devices and in the meantime, you can sync your tracker with a computer or compatible device.

I finally got it to work. And it works just fine i have to do ot threw bluetooth. And now i get all my messages and it syncs jus fine

It's great to hear that your Blaze is now working properly @TurtlebrainWoman Happy Just keep in mind that since Note 5 is not a compatible device, we don't guarantee it will work 100%.

Yes it will @TurtlebrainWoman Wink Out team still testing it but it will be 100% compatible.
