I've had the Blaze for ~2 days and this has happened twice already.
iOS 9.2.
Notifications will work for a while and then stop altogether.
Fixing it requires me to go int othe Fitbit app, turn off notifications, sync, turn notifications back on, and sync again.
Not terribly difficult, but annoying to have to fix so often. If it's not on your radar as a bug already, I hope you put it on there now! 🙂
Thanks.

Have you tried just leaving the fitbit app running in the background. That seems to be the key, at least for me. That allows the fitbit to constantly sync to the app, which is what allows the notifications to work.
Best Answer@runwithnewmedia You can close apps that are running in the background in order to save battery life on iOS but that messes with notifications.
Oops, looks like I misread your post. Sorry! I have no idea if it isn't that 😞
Thank you @runwithnewmedia ! My notifications stopped all of a sudden yesterday afternoon after working perfectly for weeks. Your solution to turn off all notifications in app, sync, turn back on and sync again solved my issue. Thanks again.

Best AnswerThis solved my issue as well.
Best AnswerI have had the same issue with my fitbit blaze not receiving calls and texts. When I swiped down from the top of the screen like when accessing the music controls, I found out the my notifications were not on. There is an off/on option right above the music controls

Best AnswerSince I know they should be working @CathrynB for me it is one of two things that I need to do.
First I Swipe down on the clock to make sure they are turned on, then I restart the phone.

Great this seems to be working - at least the vibrating part.
I did what you said then swiped down on fitbit, it started to vibrate as I called myself on another phone.
But did not show anything on screen, then pressed the side watch button and it showed the called.
How do I get it to show caller without tapping the button?
Kind Regards
Cathryn
