 Hi I recently purchased a OPPO R11 phone without checking to see if it will work with my surge and blaze.. It doesn't 😭. Has anyone got any tips or tricks to get them to play nicely together?

If your phone isn't a compatible mobile device and you are experiencing syncing issues, you try to follow the instructions provided in the Having trouble syncing? post but I don't guarantee it will work 100%. Keep in mind that you can always use a computer to sync your device too.
