Phone notifications

When my phone rings. The contact's name does not show up. How can I sync my caller Id? I have an android S6.

I've tried all of these solutions and it's still not working. When my phone rings it just says incoming call. However, the name will show up when a text message or email comes in. May have to go to Verizon for more help.

Thanks for the information @Kgraves1920. If you have already setup this feature, I recommend following @MarreFitbit's instructions in the My tracker isn't receiving notifications (Android Fitbit app) post.
