If nothing works to connect try downloading ble bluetooth app and search for your fitbit and connect This helps fitbit to connect to some Android phones my Samsung S4 had difficutlties with my new Blaze. If sync fail just open ble app and connect again. Bit of a pain and hopefully sorted soon.

Hey there @Jazzyjase. Great to see you in the Fitbit Community Forums! 🙂

Thanks a lot for sharing this with us, I'm pretty sure that many users will find this very helpful!

Now, have you already tried to restart your tracker and to set it up as a new device? If not, to restart your tracker, you can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot. After that, if it still doesn't sync, proceed to set it up as a new device. For this, go to the Account section at the top right corner on the Fitbit app and select the option that says "Set up a new device". Follow the on-screen instructions and once you're done, your tracker should be syncing without a problem.

Hope this helps. Let me know if you need more help with this!

Had a charge 2 for Christmas and spent 4 says trying to connect to samsung s4. Phone bluetooth could find charge 2 but not connect and all advise was to connect through fitbit app. Tried all advice found on forums/web nothing would work and returned to store. Blaze were on offer & offered to try with full refund if still would not work which it did not. Read the app BLE appears uses a bluetooth which differs from s4 and others and was a success for others. Downloaded app opened and searched and found blaze. Opened fitbit app searched and found blaze and started blaze firmware update. I as others had the upload succeed but install crash but blaze booted fine to see the message upload success current firmware on blaze. Connection still problematic 90% time when trying to sync but if i search with BLE app it finds blaze and syncs ok. Occasionally fault is with blaze so switch on/off from time to time. Hope it can help others. Its a great app when connecting. Due a phone change soon. Thanks
