Re: Cannot re do set up for Blaze

 I am having the same issues.  Used my Blaze for 9 months and now all of a sudden i cannot sync to my phone.  I get to the stage of "Enter the number on your display" I input the number and it just says "Connecting to Fitbit" but never connects

Was the Blaze removed from your Fitbit account? Im wondering why it needs to be setup.

In anycase first go to your phones Bluetooth settings and tell it to fordet the Blaze.

I would like to know if you were able to paired your Blaze? If you keep having problems, I recommend restarting your tracker and follow the setup procedure one more time but this time from a computer. If you prefer to do it from the phone, please tell me which phone you have so I can provide you the instructions for it.
