Re-installing tracker software

Hi, I was just wondering. Is it possible to re-install my blaze software as it seems to have a couple of glitches and wanted to see if re-installing the software will help?

You can't reinstall the software but you can restart a fitbit, which can sort out all sorts of glitches. Here's how: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186/

 

Only problem with it is that it doesn't always work so it's recommended to try it at least three times.

Im not sure if I understand @SteveH, there should be no problems with deleting the app then installing a fresh copy of Fitbit from the app store. It will require that the user log back into their account, but since there is no data ever sabes on the phone this is not a problem.

Not knowing what flaky things are happening, I say @Jak68 go for it, I have found that by doing this it had fixed problems in the past for me.

I thought the post was referring to the fitbit firmware rather than the app. Apologies if I got that wrong.
