Relax feature isn't working

When I select Relax feature the screen appears scrambled and when I select for example 2 minutes the Fitbit Blaze watch restarts.  Firmware version is 17.8.402.1.

Have you tried to restart your tracker? If you haven't, I recommend restarting it by doing the following:

 

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.

I have tried that several times but that does not work?
