Screen, steps and battery issues

 Hi I have had my Blaze and Samsung Galaxy S8 for nearly a year. I've had no problems until 2 weeks ago. It freezes the time, doesn't count steps and now completely drains the battery on the Blaze. I've been told there is a problem with the app. When will this be fixed?

I will be glad to help you with the issues you are having with your Blaze:

 

  • Screen: If you haven't tried the restart procedure, I recommend restarting your tracker.
  • Steps: After the restart check how many steps you have, walk 100 and see how many it registered.
  • Battery: Take a look at this post and test your Blaze.

with reference to saving the battery tips -

I am not being funny but what is the point in having the fitbit if you cant use all the features on the watch.? fact of the matter is there is a massive problem with this and it needs sorted.
