Despite claims that this has been resolved I am still getting basic sleep stats.

A warm welcome to the Community @DP58. First, would you please check if your phone is a compatible mobile device? Also, in this post, our friend @FerdinandFitbit is providing more information about how this feature works and how you can avoid seeing the old graph for this.

Let me know how it goes. Woman Happy

Unfortunately none of the conditions listed is applicable to me. I did see mention of a firmware update - how do I get that?

My phone is a Blackberry Android device and not listed in your database.

A week after posting and I have had no response, except to receive an email requesting that I accept the solution that did not work.

Have given up on sleep tracking as it is hit and miss and no resolution has been identified.

Hi, @DP58, if you are syncing your Fitbit through a non supported device, that may be why you are not getting the full information abailable on supported devices.
