Set up and low battery

I have just picked up my new blaze, I am so disappointed. I am unable to charge it as I am stuck in set up, and can set up as battery is to low! Can anyone help me solve this rather annoying issue?

@Bigfish, what happens when you plug it in to charge? It might be charging even if it doesn't indicate it...

When your diaplay says www.firbit.com/setup there will be no sign that your Blaze is charging.

Put it in its charger, making sure the contacks line up. In 30 minutes it will be strong enough to setup. You can even leave it in its charger while setting it up.

If your on a win10 machine you can even set it up through the charger while plugged into a usb port.
