I accidentally took my Fitbit into the shower, it was working for the rest of the day and the next day. Then it stopped working the next morning, I tried recharging and it did not work. Is it too late for rice, could I send it in and have it repaired and how much would it cost.

I'm sorry they do not repair them.
You can contact support and they should offer some $$ off on getting a new one

A warm welcome to the Community @Andrew8 and @WendyB thanks for stopping by.
I appreciate your efforts in trying to fix this. If your Blaze got wet you can try to place it in bowl with rice for 24-48 hours and then perform a restart. Also, I would like to know if you followed our friend's recommendation and contacted our support team, have they offer you a solution for this?
Hope to hear from you soon. ![]()
